Tools :
Rice mold size 8.5 cm.
chicken meat mold
half boiled egg mold
Fried egg mold size 6 cm
cucumber mold size 5 cm.
plastic food box size : 230 ml ( 120×137.0x56.0mm )

Recipes.<\/strong><\/span>
1. Use recipes to make the jelly mixture in the same recipes on lecture site

2. Make rice jelly by using Rice mold size 8.5 cm.

3.Make Chicken by using chicken meat mold. for color technique. drop a little yellow or brown color into the jelly mixture to make the color tone then pour in the jelly mixture into the mold. ( chicken meat must be mix some little color to make different color tone to rice jelly.

4. mix color to make egg jelly in the center must mix some yellow +orrage color into the jelly mixture 4:1 then pour in white jelly mixture into the mold until it full in mold.

5. Make cucumber use dropper to drop some white jelly into the seed area in cucumber mold then mix green color into the jelly mixture and drop in to the mold until it full.

6. Prepare the package : in picture use plastic food box. size 230 ml. ( you can buy this item in bakery tools shop or use keyword ” plastic food box size 230 ml. to buy online product code ” TPAX :TP20″) and decorate the jelly into the food box.
