MOULD SET : YKN Premium veg mold set
TOOLS
1. paintbrush
2. Food gold and silver powder color.

1.Use this photo as the ideas reference. read on the photo description about step on making jelly cake this style .

1. use dropper to drop jelly mixture into the veg area (chilli + veg)
2. pour in jelly mixture into the Cup and chili paste part

1. Use mold to make Long been
2. Use mold to make small Egg plant .
p.s. this both veg use same Green color tone . you can make jelly for this 2 veg together in. the same time.
4.This Veg group use same base color. you can use this photo as color reference. and some veg just add on more color to make darker tone
” Food color must use Gel base”

1. drop jelly mixture into the white part area then wait for the jelly to set 80-90% for block the areas from green jelly mixture. once the white jelly is already set you can add on jelly mixture ( light green at another part in mold until it full in mold.
6.This 2 Veg. is Same color base. you can make both with the same color
1. Use mold to make Bamboo Shoot for 3 times.
2. Use mold to make Baby corn for 4 times.
Drop color into mixture more in Baby corn. this veg color is darker than bamboo shoot. to make mood and tone.

1. use mold to make cucumber 4 times.
2. use dropper to drop jelly mixture (white) into the seed part to block another color in mold.
3. After the jelly in seed part is set 80-90% pour in the jelly mixture (light green) into the mold ( this jelly must be piping hot.

1. use mold to make “carved veg 1 for 2 time
2.use mold to make “carved veg 2 for 3 time
both veg. can be use the same color tone to make jelly mood and tone.
9.This Veg is easily part.
1. Use mold to make Chili
2. Remember the color that use ” Food color gel base”
10.This jelly
1. use mold to make boiled egg.
2. step to pour in jelly mixture we will start with orange part first. then wait for the jelly to set 80-90%
3. Then pour in jelly mixture white color (must be piping hot) then pour in mold until it full.
11.The hardest part in this set
1. use dropper pour in jelly mixture into the eyes area. then wait the jelly to set for 5 minute
2. pour in jelly mixture into dark blue part. no worry about this part we can do the details later
3. then pour in the jelly mixture into the under fish part
4. wait for the jelly to set. then use paintbrush to paint on the color with Food color powder gold color. ( same technique in lecture number 16 but not to much color) also can paint sand color to make light and shadow. you can use this photo as the reference.
